Core Rehabilitation – Sunday Standalone Seminar

What will be covering?

Due to high demand, we are now offering a Core Rehabilitation segment and extending the seminar to a full weekend.

We have also decided to offer the Sunday programme as a standalone booking option. It is recommended but not required that you have attended the Core Seminar in the past.

This half-day practical session focuses on the rehabilitation progressions essential to everyday clinical practice.

You may already know a range of exercises that target ‘the core’ - but what determines when they are appropriate? How do you progress them? And what comes next?

This focused rehabilitation seminar provides clear clinical rationales and structured progressions to help you prescribe with confidence. You’ll leave better equipped to manage not only low back pain patients, but also those aiming to progress toward higher levels of athletic performance.

There is a significant practical element to the session, so please wear appropriate clothing to be rolling around on the floor.
