The Big Idea

What Gets Assessed - Gets Addressed

The future of healthcare isn't simply helping people recover. It's helping them remain well.

Course Overview

What gets assessed, gets addressed.

Helping people improve their health and wellbeing starts with understanding where they are today. Yet wellbeing is often discussed in vague terms, making it difficult for both clinician and client to identify priorities, measure progress or celebrate success.

The 10S Wellbeing Age® Assessment provides a practical, evidence-informed framework for turning health and wellbeing into something measurable. In around twenty minutes, you'll assess ten important aspects of physical, mental and social wellbeing and generate a series of meaningful outputs, including the Wellbeing Age®, Healthspan Assessment, Wonky Wheel, and individual S-Factor scores. These measures provide a shared language that helps clients understand their current health, recognise where change will have the greatest impact, and monitor their progress over time.

This training programme teaches you not only how to perform the assessment, but also how to interpret the results and use them as the foundation for motivating conversations, personalised recommendations and long-term wellbeing support.

10S Wellbeing Age Assessment

"Learn how to make your clients understand what wellbeing is and to feel better in every way”

30-MINUTE CONSULTATION - 4 PHYSICAL ASSESSMENTS - 6 LIFESTYLE QUESTIONS - 1 ACCURATE WELLBEING AGE

THE IDEA

Wellbeing is not just eating well and moving more. Anything from stress level, social life, and daily habits can influence and affect someone’s progress.
This comprehensive test assesses 10 factors that influence your patient’s health and wellbeing, producing as complete a picture as possible of their current state. It works to demystify this by giving one simple measure by which you can reliably assess, track and celebrate achievements..

THE ASSESSMENT

Using 4 Physical Assessments and 6 Lifestyle Questions we generate your 'Wellbeing Age'. You may be 45 years old with a Wellbeing Age of 57, and this test can tell us how it happened and how we can improve it. After your test, your practitioner will provide a detailed explanation of your results and recommend your next steps.

THE SCIENCE

Countless hours collating the latest wellbeing research gives you a measure that is easy to digest and easy to track.
Our formula analyses the answers to 6 Lifestyle Questions and 4 Physical Assessments to produce one number; your patient’s Wellbeing Age. Research has proven that tackling our health is easier when we have an easy and definitive way to track progress. You will have the unmatched satisfaction of implementing recommendations and seeing their Wellbeing Age drop before your eyes.

Continue Your Learning

Learning doesn't end when the final lesson finishes.

Regular practitioner workshops provide an opportunity to discuss real cases, share experiences, ask questions and explore how the principles of the 10S Wellbeing Age® Assessment can be integrated into everyday clinical practice.

Whether you're just beginning to use the assessment or looking to develop greater confidence and consistency, these sessions are designed to help bridge the gap between learning the framework and applying it with real clients.
